Post 2: "Who is a person/expert on your field that you admire?"

Well, this is a painter I like a lot, and her name is Erin Hanson. 
Here she is:

I knew her in Facebook I think, seeing pages of art. 
At the beginning I thought she was a boy, because I had never knew the name Erin. Bloopers everywhere...
She was born in 1981, in Portland, but know she lives in Los Angeles, USA.
Since she was a young girl, she was really interested in drawing and painting, and she managed very well in this areas. When she grew up and had to go to College, she studied a degree in Bioengineering, but obviously his vocation was to be a painter.
She named her style as “Open-Impressionism”, that  has a lot of influences of the Van Gogh paintings (another artist I like a lot).

I like them because they are colorful, and had a lot of little shapes inside, that seems like big portions of color. It has texture, and the lights and shadows are really good too. It also has some movement that gives life to the landscapes.
